These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and svip7 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the svip7 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, accessing the Service, placing bets, or using any functionality provided by svip7, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
svip7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will be closed.
All bets are placed with real money. You are responsible for managing your bankroll and betting activity.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated betting systems are strictly forbidden.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed.
Withdrawals typically process in under 3 minutes but may take longer during high-volume periods or security checks.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the Republic of Indonesia to register an Account and use the Service. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria. svip7 reserves the right to request proof of age and residency at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited by any applicable law from gambling or if your Account has been previously closed or suspended by svip7 for any reason.
If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted, you are prohibited from using the Service. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of svip7 complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
To use the Service, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one Account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. svip7 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all bets placed on those accounts, and forfeit any associated balances and bonuses without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify svip7 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. svip7 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
svip7 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time as deemed necessary. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification (e.g., KTP, passport, driving license) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and Account restrictions.
svip7 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and others) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. svip7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. svip7 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds at any time. Accounts suspected of money laundering or fraud will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible.
svip7 aims to process withdrawal requests within 3 minutes for verified accounts. However, processing times may extend to 24-72 hours during high-volume periods, additional security checks, or KYC verification. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience slight delays.
Standard withdrawal limits are set per transaction and per day. VIP members may enjoy higher limits based on their tier. svip7 reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal limits or request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
svip7 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if your account operates in a different currency than your withdrawal method.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards ("Bonuses") are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed at the time of the offer. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to be bound by those terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates.
Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the Bonus terms.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, placing opposite bets, exploiting software bugs, or any other fraudulent activity to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited. svip7 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts engaged in Bonus abuse.
You may not withdraw Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds until all wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. svip7 is not responsible for user error in bet placement. Bets placed in error cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases where svip7 determines there was a technical malfunction.
svip7 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, error in odds, technical issues, or violation of these Terms. If a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your Account.
All odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply. Bet results are determined based on official results provided by the relevant sports authority or game provider. svip7's determination of bet results is final.
Live (in-play) betting is subject to real-time odds fluctuations and event developments. There may be a short delay between live action and odds updates. svip7 is not liable for delays or discrepancies in live betting feeds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, svip7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after completion of any pending transactions and verification processes.
svip7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. If your Account is closed for breach of these Terms, svip7 may forfeit any remaining balance and winnings.
Accounts with no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. svip7 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee or close dormant accounts after providing notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which svip7 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by svip7.
